Field Sales Executive - Logistics

Adecco is partnering with a reputable logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in ocean and air freight services. As part of its business expansion, our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to acquire new customers, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The Role The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, developing client relationships, and promoting logistics and transportation solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics and supply chain needs.

Promote the company's logistics, transportation, warehousing, and value-added services. Conduct regular client visits, sales presentations, and business meetings. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience , preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain industries .

Strong understanding of logistics and transportation solutions. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
