Perusahaan sedang mencari seorang Fulfillment Agent (Part Time) untuk bergabung dengan tim dan melapor langsung kepada Fulfillment Captain. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memproses pesanan digital secara akurat di Surabaya. Tugas harian mencakup memastikan seluruh pesanan yang masuk dapat terpenuhi sepenuhnya demi memberikan pengalaman terbaik kepada pengguna, mengambil barang dari toko berdasarkan kebutuhan pesanan, serta mengemas barang dengan aman dan memberi label paket secara benar. Anda juga akan melakukan kontrol kualitas untuk memastikan pesanan aman dikirim tanpa ada produk yang cacat, serta melaksanakan serah terima paket kepada kurir. Peran ini menuntut ketelitian tinggi, kemampuan organisasi yang baik, serta kecekatan dalam menangani berbagai tugas di lingkungan kerja yang bergerak cepat.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that all incoming orders can be fulfilled 100% to deliver the best experience to the users; Pick items from store based on order requirements; Pack items securely and label packages correctly; Perform quality control to make sure the order is safe to ship and there are no defective products; Perform package handover with couriers; Strong attention to details to avoid errors in order processing; Familiarity with computer software used for order processing, such as Google Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.); Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, such as Store Team; Physical stamina may be required for tasks such as lifting and moving packages; Agile and well-adapted; Fluent in English is a plus; Willing to work on weekends and public holiday (5 days/week); Working on site.
