SPX Express adalah perusahaan logistik yang berfokus pada layanan pengiriman ekspres. Perusahaan ini mengelola pusat sortir (Sortation Center) dengan standar operasional yang ketat untuk memastikan efisiensi pengiriman. Sebagai Sortation Center Region Lead di Surabaya, Anda akan memimpin dan mengelola operasional harian di area penanganan paket khusus pada berbagai fasilitas di wilayah yang ditugaskan. Tanggung jawab Anda meliputi pengelolaan anggaran operasional, pencapaian target kinerja, pembinaan anggota tim, serta memastikan seluruh operasional berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur standar perusahaan. Peran ini membutuhkan gaya kepemimpinan yang praktis dan kemampuan untuk memberikan solusi operasional langsung di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage daily operations across Sortation Center’s special parcel handling area in multiple facilities within the assigned region; Oversee operational budget, expenditure, and financial performance within the assigned region; Achieve operational targets aligned with overall company goals and objectives; Coach and develop team members according to standard learning and development guidelines; Ensure the operations team adheres to company standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 5 years of work experience in an express or logistics company, with exposure to manage distribution center and inventory control in multiple areas or regions; Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity in continuous improvement practices as an advantage; Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; Hands-on leadership style; Experience with transport or freight management systems, and project management will be an advantage; Willingness to travel to other cities or regions as needed.
