• Archive and maintain the data and information required for the development of policies related to general services and asset management and conduct periodic reviews of such policies
• Manage the provision of work facilities and infrastructure to support the Institution’s business and operational activities
• Manage the Institution’s fixed assets and inventory items
• Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets
• Ensure that all departmental operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles
• Ensure the completion and implementation of audit follow-up actions
• Perform other duties as required by the Institution and/or as instructed by the supervisor
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be and added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement & general affairs and/or a fresh graduate
• Have good knowledge and understanding of: Institutional Products and Operations, Fixed Asset Management, Risk Management and Finance for Non Finance
• Professional Certification in risk management and K3
