Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of our hotel daily operations. You will lead the on‑site team including front desk, housekeeping, logistics and security. Your focus will be delivering consistent guest experience, managing local staff, controlling operational costs and driving business performance to keep the property running safely and efficiently. This is an on‑site, long‑term leadership role based in Bandung. Solid hands‑on management background within hotel, guest house or hospitality venue operations

Proven team leadership skills; capable of handling on‑site issues and unexpected situations calmly Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills with guest‑first mindset Basic conversational Indonesian, to effectively manage local onsite employees

Reliable work ethic, no bad habits, looking for long‑term permanent employment Practical understanding of cost control and hospitality workflows will be highly regarded
