Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial/strategic position
• Proven track record of building or improving an HR function from a less established state (not just managing an already mature team)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR value chain: recruitment, HRGA/compliance, and employer branding
• Experienced in reading and analyzing HR metrics for decision-making, not just reporting numbers
• Familiar with HRIS/ATS tools
• Able to communicate concisely and with data to the leadership level
• Nice to have: experience in professional services/consulting industry, experience building SOPs/policies from scratch, and experience leading a mixed intern-staff team

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and develop the Human Capital team through goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Design and execute the annual HR strategy in alignment with the company's business direction
• Evaluate existing HR business processes and redesign SOPs based on evaluation findings
• Oversee the end-to-end internal recruitment process and ensure an effective sourcing strategy Ensure solid statutory compliance (labor law, BPJS, contracts, etc.)
• Direct the employer branding strategy to build the company's image as an employer
• Regularly review HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, etc.) as a basis for decision-making
• Identify HR risks (compliance, retention) before they become significant issues
• Report on performance and strategic recommendations for the Human Capital division directly to the Director
• In the first 3–6 months: take a more hands-on approach to building team and SOP foundations, before shifting into a fully strategic and evaluative role
