Coats is a company focused on safety, quality, and productivity principles within the footwear industry. This role involves supervising and controlling the insole production process to ensure operational excellence. The Insole Production Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities within approved budgets and in compliance with company policies. Key duties include ensuring finished goods are stored correctly, conducting cycle counts, bin consolidation, and fixed bin replenishment. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in logistics, analyzing supply chain KPIs, and organizing shift schedules to meet local legal and compliance standards. Furthermore, the supervisor holds accountability for the team's health and safety, facility safety, and overall housekeeping. They must oversee team activities to ensure environmental policy compliance and prepare reports for further operational improvements.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise warehouse operation effectively - within approved budget and in comply with all Coats policy to deliver best service to customers; Manage daily activity complied with Coats Policy; Ensure finished goods stored in good manner; Make sure all required controlling activities to be conducted properly and timely: cycle count, bin consolidation, fixed bin replenishment; Drive the continuous improvement related to Logistics activity; Analyze supply chain KPI performance against best practice to propose for improvement; Perform special projects/tasks related to supply chain if required; Organize and arrange shift schedule, operating to ensure smooth operation of all factory warehouse in according to meet Coats and local legal and compliance requirement and standard; Health & Safety (H&S) Accountability: Accountable for the team’s health and safety, the facility safety as well as the overall housekeeping of the working areas; Overseeing all activity within their team complies with the environmental policy and reviewing reports for further improvement.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Experience as Production Supervisor min. 3 years; Skilled in production process, flow process, product specification, SAP, EHS, and production process control in Footwear Industry; Good in leadership skills and result oriented; Fluent in English.
