Support the daily maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and IP-based systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Firewall Config, VPN Mgmt
- Able to do installation and maintenance Network, Switch, CCTV, NVR, Access control, and other related network equipments
- Good in Network documentation (Single Line Diagram)
- Familiar to operate Network Monitoring system, and other related control system HIK-Central, Access control system etc
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certification are preffered (CCNA, CompTIA Network+ and or VMCE)
- Good in English speaking, writing, and reading
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for support day to day infrastructure maintenance, installation, troubleshooting in related network services and equipment, including server, network devices, CCTV, access control, and other IP-based infrastructure to maintain overall Network-
