This role is about being present for that decision; reading what a client actually wants, guiding without pushing, and making sure every piece leaves the boutique in the hands of someone who feels sure about it. No jewelry background required. We're looking for judgment, warmth, and the discipline to do this well, not a résumé.

Welcome every client and set the tone for the visit - unhurried, attentive, without performance. Read what someone needs - style, occasion, budget - before recommending anything. Build relationships that outlast the sale: follow-up, after-care, the long view.

Meet individual and team sales targets. Handle every piece with the care it's due.

Run the boutique day-to-day: opening, closing, inventory, merchandising. Keep accurate records and follow procedure without being asked twice. Support repairs and after-sales requests.
