About the role AKR Land Development is seeking a Leasing & Commercial Specialist (Assistant Manager Level) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving commercial success and revenue generation for our property portfolio. As Leasing & Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing commercial leasing opportunities whilst maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders. This role is essential to achieving our commercial objectives and expanding our market presence in the Gresik region and or another region if necessary. Key responsibilities Identify and pursue new commercial leasing opportunities within the Gresik District and surrounding areas to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to determine rental rates, market trends, and competitive positioning for commercial properties Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term commercial goals Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company Manage the tenant acquisition process from initial enquiry through to lease execution and occupancy Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction and retention Prepare detailed marketing materials, property presentations, and promotional content to attract quality commercial tenants Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, sales, estate dept and related operations to ensure seamless lease administration and compliance, leasable unit/area inventory, preparing LOO and final agreement, etc. Monitor lease performance, rental collections, and tenant compliance with contractual obligations Provide regular reporting on leasing activities, pipeline status, and commercial performance metrics to senior management Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities
