MarComm (Marketing Communication) & Event Specialist (Staff Level)
Tanggung jawab: Support the design of promotional and marketing materials, as well as handle other graphic design tasks; Collaborate with the HQ design team to manage digital marketing ads (Meta, Google) and social media planning; Focus on the operational execution of promotional events, including managing property exhibitions and open houses; Handle relations with vendors and event organizers; Manage monthly event plans, timelines, and supervise on-site execution; Handle event report administration; Proficient in general administration, including budget proposal processes and approval workflows; Requirement/s :; Education Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication Science, or a related field; Technical Skills:; Expertise in using AI applications (Gemini, ChatGPT, or other AI tools); Ability to perform basic video editing using CapCut (Pro subscription provided); Good skill in operating design software such as canva & photoshop; Ability to operating drone for taking video; Proficiency in English and Mandarin (specifically strong reading and writing skills); Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications and event management, preferably in a property development company or similar industry; Flexibility: Willing and able to work on weekends or public holidays during event days when required; Location: Manyar, Gresik, East Java (Gresik residents will be prioritized).
