Medical Representative/Sales Marketing

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative/Sales Marketing professional to join Lumicare Clinic (Member of Tanaga Group) . This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our medical and healthcare products to healthcare facilities, practitioners, and other key stakeholders. As a Medical Representative, you will be the vital link between our company and the medical community, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. This role is essential to our business objectives and offers significant opportunities to make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery in the region.

Key responsibilities Promote and sell medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within your assigned territory Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities, doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions that address their requirements Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and purchasing teams Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a consistent basis Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage

Provide after-sales support and address customer queries and concerns promptly Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility
