Modern Trade Acquisition Specialist

WE ARE HIRING! One of our Sister Company which leading in Food Industry/FMCG, is a fast-growing food industry company expanding aggressively within the Modern Trade channel across Indonesia. We are looking for a results-driven and strategic professional to acquire new Modern Trade accounts and drive sustainable sales growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new Modern Trade accounts nationwide Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, MOQ, sales schemes) Manage the listing process through active selling

Maintain and improve sales performance of existing Modern Trade accounts Conduct digital lead generation supported by AI tools Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution

Requirements Proven experience in Modern Trade / B2B / FMCG Sales Proficient in using AI tools for sales and lead generation

Fluent English communication (spoken & written) Familiarity with MYOB (preferred) Target-oriented, data-driven, with strong ownership mindset
