Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Processing, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Manager role
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, distribution, and retail operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and experienced in using ERP/WMS/SAP or similar systems.Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Target-oriented, with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Temporary placement in Karawang, West Java

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order receipt to delivery to stores/customers
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company SOPs
• Coordinate the Order Processor team and maintain effective communication with the Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments
• Monitor order status, backorders, and outstanding orders, and ensure resolution in line with set targets
• Ensure stock availability and data accuracy within the system
• Analyze operational performance through KPIs such as order accuracy, order fulfillment, lead time, and productivity
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements for continuous improvement
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing performance for management
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance to achieve operational targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational audit standards
