• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Demonstrates a strong calling and commitment to education
• Passionate about working with children; energetic, creative, and nurturing
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Possesses strong leadership, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Willing to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to the school community

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, vision, and values
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes students’ academic, social, and character development
• Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work while maintaining accurate records of students’ progress and development
• Monitor students’ learning needs and provide appropriate guidance and support
• Communicate professionally and proactively with parents regarding students’ progress, concerns, or well-being, offering guidance and recommendations when needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a positive role model, upholding the school’s values and fostering strong character in students
