Lead strategic sourcing, manage global suppliers, and drive procurement excellence in a fast-growing manufacturing company
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives; Search for suppliers to develop as potential partners for alternative sources; Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, especially Mandarin-speaking suppliers; Conduct price, contract, and delivery negotiations with suppliers in Mandarin and English; Generate purchase orders, monitor procurement, and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing that meets company standards; Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specifications, pricing, and deadlines; Coordinate with PPC, Warehouse, and Growth & Innovation Dept; Resolve supplier-related coordination issues, including lead time and documentation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Min. 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement manager; Understand budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis; Understanding and experience in the export/import process will be a plus; Fluent in Mandarin & English (Spoke and Written) is a must; Experience dealing with overseas suppliers, especially China, is highly preferred; Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; Have analytical and problem solving skills; Able to manage team and multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; Willing to undertake business trips, both domestically and internationally.
