Perusahaan kami sedang mencari seorang Production Supervisor yang sangat terampil dan berpengalaman untuk memimpin serta mengawasi seluruh operasi produksi permesinan di lingkungan manufaktur. Peran ini menuntut individu yang memiliki keahlian teknis mendalam dalam pengoperasian perangkat lunak CAD/CAM, pemrograman CNC, serta strategi pemotongan yang presisi. Sebagai pengawas produksi, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kelancaran proses manufaktur secara end-to-end, mengelola tim, serta menjaga standar kualitas dan efisiensi operasional. Posisi ini sangat cocok bagi profesional yang memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, pemecahan masalah yang handal, serta rekam jejak yang terbukti di industri manufaktur mesin.
Kualifikasi: Education: Bachelor’s Degree ( S-1 ) in Mechanical Engineering; Minimum of 3 years of experience in machinery manufacturing processes; Proven experience as a Leader / Supervisor in machining production; Proficient in CAD/CAM software , specifically PowerShape, PowerMill, Esprit, and Aspire; Expert knowledge of CNC Programming systems; Advanced mastery of cutting strategies, tooling, and jig & fixture design/application for CNC machines; Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end machinery production; Fluent or highly proficient in English (active communication preferred); Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills; Technical Skills:; Soft Skills & Language:.
Kualifikasi
