Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement within a manufacturing company, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, and manufacturing supply chain operations
• Experience in sourcing raw materials, spare parts, and production-related materials
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and manage the daily purchasing activities to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, machinery, and indirect materials required for manufacturing operations
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, quality improvement, and uninterrupted production
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to obtain the best commercial value
• Coordinate closely with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Engineering, QA/QC, and Finance to ensure material availability and smooth production processes
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing plans to prevent material shortages or excess inventory
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and service, and implement continuous supplier development programs
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations
• Analyze market trends, material costs, and supply risks, and recommend cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports, purchasing KPIs, and supplier performance reports for management review
• Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team to improve productivity and operational excellence
