The Regional Sales Manager for Tyre is responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving growth within the Jabodetabek and East Java regions. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and the execution of promotional activities to increase market share for tyre products. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support to the sales team, conducting market analysis, and performing feasibility surveys for new customer accounts (NOO). The manager ensures that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and business development in their assigned territories.
