Retail Marketing Executive Surabaya

Job Responsibilities Execute national marketing campaigns and ensure all promotional activities are implemented effectively across assigned outlets. Monitor the execution of in-store branding, POSM, visual displays, and marketing activations in accordance with company standards.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer traffic. Ensure visual merchandising, storeappearance, and customer experience are consistently maintained across all outlets. Perform routine retail audits to ensure compliance with operational and marketing standards.

Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, conversion rates, and other key business metrics to provide actionable recommendations. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to support business growth initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, hotels, travel agents, institutions, and other strategic partners to increase store awareness and traffic.

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and partnership programs that support business objectives. Propose innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outlet performance and customer experience. Lead or support pilot projects and new marketing initiatives within the assigned area when required.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign execution, store performance, market insights, business opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
