Job Description Lead and manage the Research & Development team in developing and improving product packing methods and sample products. Develop, evaluate, and validate packing specifications to ensure product protection, quality, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate product sample development based on customer requirements, new product initiatives, and production capabilities. Conduct research and testing on packing materials, packing methods, and product presentation to improve quality and cost efficiency. Ensure all product samples meet customer specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, or related fields Minimum 8 years of experience in Research & Development or Product Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Research & Development team in developing and improving product packing methods and sample products

- Ensure all product samples meet customer specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Research & Development or Product Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Must have proven experience in packing development (R&D Packing) within the furniture manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of furniture construction, packing methods, product protection, and export requirements
- Strong knowledge of wood materials, accessories, product specifications, and manufacturing processes
- Fluent in English
