About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join our retail team in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the sales operations and driving revenue growth across our retail outlets. As Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of daily sales activities, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is integral to achieving our sales targets and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and product quality.

Key responsibilities Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the retail environment Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Provide product knowledge training and guidance to sales staff to enhance their understanding of glass products and their applications Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare reports on sales metrics and KPIs

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product displays to optimise sales opportunities Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to support staff development and performance improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices What we're looking
