Sales Associate - Creative Jewelry Consultant

This is a sales role. What makes it different is who we're looking for to do it — people with genuine taste, who notice details, and who'd rather have a good conversation than run a script. If you're the person your friends ask "does this look good on me?"; this might be your job.

Greet customers and figure out what they're really looking for - not just what they say they want. Recommend and style pieces based on their taste and the occasion. Hit the sales targets. This is a sales job - we're upfront about that.

Know the product: materials, craftsmanship, what makes each piece worth its price. Follow up after the sale so people come back. Keep the floor and displays looking sharp.

Help with stock counts and inventory. Pitch in on launches, events, and promos. Bring ideas - for displays, for social content, for how we sell.

You like people and you're good at reading them. You have real opinions about style, and you can explain them without being pretentious. You're comfortable asking for the sale.
