SALES MARKETING MANAGER

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to join PT Taman KLand Indonesia in Pandaan, Jawa Timur. As Sales Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and establishing market presence across our target segments. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals

Lead, mentor and supervise the sales and marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure contracts and partnerships Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, promotional activities and brand communication initiatives

Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour to inform strategic decision-making Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics to track progress against objectives Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business goals
