Responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Willing to travel for customer visits and business development. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred. Experience in the corrugated carton, paper packaging, or printing industry is an advantage.
