Tanggung jawab: Responsible to develop selected areas : Sumatera; Able to negotiate with distributor and key customers; understanding regional market dynamics; Strong problem solving and cross functional cummunications skilss; Driving team productivity and enforcing a strong company culture; Track sales data, manage inventory levels, oversea investments, and prepare report for managment; Manage sales operations in 4 -5 province ( Kalimantan, ); Wiling to be stationed in outside Jakarta Area; Requirements :; Bachelore's degree from any major; Experience in multinasional consumer good company 3- 5 years; High negotiation skill; Wiling to be stationed troughout Indonesia; High sense of numbers.
