The Sales Supervisor oversees boutique operations for our Luxury Watches & Jewelry brand in Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya. This role involves managing sales activities, inventory, and cash reconciliation, while providing leadership to the team. The Supervisor is expected to drive sales targets, maintain high service standards, and guide the team to ensure operational success.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation; Drive and consistently achieve boutique monthly sales targets; Provide leadership to guide a team.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-end or luxury brands; Solid business understanding combined with professional communication skills; Collaborative team player who can also work independently; Good command of English, both verbal and written; Minimum Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university; Strong passion for sales with the motivation and leadership capability to guide a team.
