Senior Accounting

Financial Accounting (preparing journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide timely financial reports to management). Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management (Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other balance sheet accounts. Follow up on overdue receivables and work closely with the sales team to ensure timely collections. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and resolve any accounting discrepancies promptly).

Inventory, Import & Export, and Distribution Accounting (Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory counts and analyze inventory variances. Calculate and allocate import costs, including product purchase costs, ocean freight, customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, and domestic transportation costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation. Review Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), Sales Invoices, and customer collections to ensure that data in the Accurate Accounting System is consistent with actual business transactions).

Financial Analysis & Internal Control (Analyze inventory costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross profit margins on a regular basis, providing management with financial insights for decision-making. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, financial records, contracts, and supporting documents). Tax Coordination (Prepare and organize accounting documents required for tax reporting. Work closely with the company’s external accounting and tax consultants to complete monthly and annual tax filings. * Verify tax-related financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance).
