Key Responsibilities:   Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters involving the company.

Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, settlement agreements, and powers of attorney related to disputes. Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, risk assessments, and recommendations on litigation and dispute-related matters.

Support the development and execution of dispute resolution, settlement, and litigation strategies. Monitor case progress, maintain litigation records, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal requirements. Prepare reports, case updates, and summaries for management review. Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standard

Requirements:    Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); sworn advocate license is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Legal, or related legal functions.
