• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector, focusing on PLC, SCADA, and control system solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits to understand client requirements
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project cost estimations in coordination with the engineering team
• Collaborate with design and project engineers to provide accurate technical solutions based on customer needs
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in industrial automation
• Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events related to automation systems
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer on Automation/Electrical
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Physic and/or Instrumentation) from reputable university
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Willingness to travel
