Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in taxation (experience in a Tax Consulting Firm is highly preferred)
• Preferred: Candidates who hold a Tax Consultant Practice License (USKP A/B)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, Individual & Corporate Tax Return reporting, and DJP administrative procedures (including Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Filing)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team professionally and efficiently
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Tanggung Jawab

• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of Monthly and Annual Tax Returns (Corporate and Individual / SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan )
• Analyze financial data to identify tax risk
• Manage tax compliance and advisory projects for multiple clients across industries
• Providing tax consultation and tax planning in compliance with the latest Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants to ensure quality and compliance
• Assisting clients during tax audits, objections, and appeals at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP)
• Conducting fiscal reconciliations, as well as reviewing clients' bookkeeping and financial statements for tax compliance purposes
• Providing guidance, supervision, and knowledge transfer to the junior consulting team
• Communicating proactively with clients regarding regulatory updates, data requests, and the delivery of analytical results
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with firm standard
