ION Network is currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Direct Sales to oversee operations across the East Java region. This role is pivotal in driving the company's market presence and expanding its internet service subscriber base through effective team leadership and strategic sales execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will leverage your extensive network in the sales and marketing industry to achieve targets, while utilizing your deep understanding of area mapping to optimize sales coverage and penetration within the ISP sector.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education of SMA or equivalent; Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry; Possess a valid SIM C driver's license and a personal motorcycle; Proficient in area mapping and territory management; Must have an active BPJS Kesehatan or KIS card; Proven ability to build, form, and lead a sales team; Possess an extensive network within the sales and marketing industry.
