• Research and develop new products flavors, recipes, and concepts
• Experiment with different ingredients and techniques
• Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Coordination with the factory to create a production process standard
• Support document which is needed by the regulatory dept
• Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field
• At least 3-year experience in research and development in the food industry
• Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products
• Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to cross-functional teams
