PT Dream Dare Discover is a fast-growing retail footwear company that develops ZUMA, a comfort-first sandal brand designed for active and confident lifestyles. The company operates nationwide through a mix of modern retail outlets, street stores, and e-commerce platforms, fostering an energetic, collaborative, and growth-oriented corporate culture. As a Staff Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for both store and head-office positions. This role is critical for ensuring timely talent fulfillment and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. You will also support key HR operational touchpoints, including onboarding and employee engagement, to ensure a positive hiring experience within the company's fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end recruitment for store and head office roles; Conduct CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers; Perform active sourcing through recruitment platforms and social channels; Maintain an accurate recruitment dashboard and provide regular hiring reports; Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for critical and high-turnover positions; Plan and execute small to medium employee engagement activities (online/offline); Partner with area leaders to maintain morale, discipline, and communication; Monitor HR policy implementation and propose improvements.
Kualifikasi: Experience in end-to-end recruitment; Ability to conduct CV screening and interviews; Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and social channels; Strong coordination skills with hiring managers.
