Syrup Operator

As a Syrup Operator , you will be responsible for operating syrup processing equipment and systems in accordance with the production plan, ensuring efficient and effective operations while meeting quality, food safety, environmental, and workplace safety standards. This role supports continuous production by ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with Company’s operational standards and ways of working. You are also expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company regulations to prevent disruptions to the production process.

Ensure the availability of raw materials required for production activities. Prepare sugar, concentrates, and other ingredients to support manufacturing operations. Operate syrup processing systems from simple syrup preparation through to final syrup production.

Conduct routine inspections and checks of machines and equipment. Set up and prepare production machinery for manufacturing activities. Monitor and verify product quality parameters to ensure compliance with established standards.

Perform autonomous maintenance activities according to standard procedures. Carry out minor troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment as needed. Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
