The Technical Sales Engineer will focus on developing the retail and trade business in East Java, specifically targeting the residential project sector. This role involves searching for new project pipelines, managing relationships with developers and contractors, conducting technical presentations, and negotiating commercial terms to secure deals and drive business growth.
Tanggung jawab: Develop the Retail and Trade Business in East Java; Search for and collect project information (new project pipelines & construction stages); Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and distributors; Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate product specifications; Conduct negotiations on pricing and product specifications.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
