UNIQLO membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang dinamis untuk bergabung sebagai Retail Specialist di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Peran ini berfokus pada pemberian pengalaman berbelanja yang menyenangkan dan berorientasi pada solusi untuk memastikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi di lingkungan ritel yang serba cepat. Karyawan akan bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan informasi produk yang jelas, memproses transaksi secara akurat, merapikan pajangan produk, serta menjaga kebersihan area toko. Posisi ini juga menuntut kesiapan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift serta beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan penugasan di lokasi toko yang berbeda.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction; Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations; Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns); Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures; Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy; Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards.
Kualifikasi: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (preferred); Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail; Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends; Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail; Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment; Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed; Tanpa Pengalaman Bekerja; Tidak ada minimal pendidikan; 30 Tahun; Terima kandidat tanpa foto diri; Provinsi sesuai penempatan kerja (Jawa Timur).
