About the role We are seeking a talented and creative Video Producer to join the team at Shirtual. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java. As Video Producer, you will play a central role in conceptualising, planning, and executing high-quality video content that drives engagement across our advertising and media platforms. This role is strategically important to our content creation efforts and directly contributes to our brand visibility and audience connection in the competitive advertising and media landscape.

Key responsibilities Conceptualise and develop creative video ideas and concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production, including pre-production scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
