Kualifikasi

• Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Visual Communication Design or a related field
• Have teaching experience as a lecturer or DLB, and/or have professional experience in the field of technology-supported design, such as: AR/VR/MR, 3D modeling, 3D animation, game/application design, UI/UX
• Technical and professional competencies: portfolio, proficient in communicating in English both passively and actively, Proficiency with industry-standard software, Industry awareness
• Academic and theoretical knowledge: Understanding of core concepts, Research experience

Tanggung Jawab

• 1. Learning & Teaching
• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in both practical studio courses and theoretical design studies
• Develop and continually improve teaching materials, curriculum, and learning experiences
• Integrate innovative and industry-relevant practices in visual communication design and creative entrepreneurship
• Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students
• Contribute to curriculum review and program development to align with the evolving design industry
• 2. Professional Practice & Innovation
• Stay updated on professional practices, trends, and technologies in visual communication design, including emerging tools such as AI
• Engage in creative projects, research, or industry collaborations that contribute to design innovation and community impact
• Build and maintain networks with professionals, institutions, and creative communities
• Support knowledge transfer and applied learning through workshops, exhibitions, or community-based projects
• 3. Academic Leadership & Contribution
• Lead or coordinate specific courses, modules, or initiatives as assigned
• Support academic administration including student recruitment, mentoring, and extracurricular activities
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to interdisciplinary projects
