Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience make a layout design and planogram of Retail Visual Merchandising, Furniture Merchandising, Store Planning, Interior Design, or a related field
• Experience in designing and planning retail store layouts, furniture showrooms, or commercial spaces
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising, store zoning, floor planning, space planning, and customer flow
• Able to create store layout and furniture placement designs based on available space and business requirements
• Proficient in design and layout software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software
• Able to create floor plans, layout drawings, and visual presentations for store design and display concepts
• Creative, detail-oriented, meticulous, and has a strong aesthetic sense
• Strong understanding of furniture arrangement, space utilization, and retail store presentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and documentation
• Able to speak English; good English communication skills for daily working language
• Willing to travel to different store locations as required. (Domicile in Surabaya/willing to stay at Surabaya is plus)

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and design store layouts, floor plans, and furniture display arrangements based on the company's concept and brand standards
• Plan the placement and arrangement of furniture and product displays to create an attractive, functional, and customer-friendly store environment
• Create and update store layout designs, including zoning, product placement, display areas, and customer traffic flow
• Prepare visual merchandising concepts and display guidelines for furniture showrooms and retail stores
• Ensure store layouts and furniture displays are aligned with the company's visual merchandising standards and brand identity
• Collaborate with the Store Leader and relevant teams to understand store requirements, product assortment, and available space
• Conduct store visits and evaluate existing layouts and displays, providing recommendations for improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize store space, product visibility, customer flow, and overall shopping experience
• Assist in planning and implementing store layouts for new store openings, renovations, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events
• Prepare store layout proposals, visual presentations, and before-and-after documentation for store improvement projects
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure the implementation of approved layouts and visual merchandising concepts
• Monitor the implementation of store layouts and provide guidance to the store team regarding furniture placement, display standards, and overall store presentation
