Posisi ini berada di industri manufaktur makanan (FMCG) yang berfokus pada pengembangan kemasan produk. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjembatani komunikasi antara tim desain dan manajemen dalam proses pembuatan kemasan baru. Tugas utama meliputi koordinasi proyek kemasan, mulai dari diskusi awal, pengajuan penawaran harga (quotation) kepada desainer, hingga mendapatkan persetujuan manajemen. Selain itu, posisi ini memastikan seluruh spesifikasi teknis, standar kualitas, logo sertifikasi, dan prosedur operasional (SOP) terpenuhi dengan akurat untuk kebutuhan pasar lokal maupun ekspor.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborate with relevant teams as an initial step to discuss the new packaging; Obtain quotations from designers for each new project and seek management approval; Facilitate communication between the design team and management, presenting initial design drafts and gathering feedback; Coordinate with designers to ensure that all modifications align with feedback received; Thoroughly review and verify all general requirements for local and export versions according to standard operating procedures (SOP); Ensure that all certification logos on packaging align with relevant certifications.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 year of experience in Packaging Development within FMCG or manufacturing industry; Basic knowledge of packaging materials (paper, plastic, corrugated carton, labels, etc.); Basic understanding of packaging specifications & structure, and packaging development process; Familiar with packaging quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Able to read and interpret packaging specifications and technical drawings; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
