About the role We are seeking an experienced Building Manager (PPPSRS) to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a contract position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties and facilities. The Building Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all buildings and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, while optimising operational efficiency and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This position requires on-site presence in Surabaya and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on property performance and resident experience.

Key responsibilities Oversee daily building operations and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities Manage building security, access control and emergency preparedness procedures

Monitor and maintain building utilities including water, electricity and HVAC systems Supervise cleaning and housekeeping staff to ensure facilities meet cleanliness standards Conduct regular inspections of building areas and identify maintenance requirements

Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and cost control measures Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialised maintenance and repairs Handle tenant complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements Implement preventive maintenance programmes to extend asset life and reduce costs
