Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or managerial leadership role (e.g., General Manager Operations, Head of Division)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Professional English proficiency (fluent in conversation and writing)
• Solid understanding of company business operations

Tanggung Jawab

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Drive business growth initiatives and identify opportunities for expansion
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization across divisions
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
• Report directly to the CEO/Board on operational performance and strategic progress
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
