• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary
• Process customer requests, orders, and transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to management
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics
• What we're looking for
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline, additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
• Problem solving ability with a focus on finding practical solutions to customer issues
• Patience and composure when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
• Proficiency with computer systems and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts if required
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
