Kualifikasi

• Familiar with ESB POS System (Point of Sale), including sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting
• Experience in sales target achievement and team performance management
• Experience handling outlet opening, closing, and audit processes

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate outlet team members to achieve operational and sales targets
• Ensure all food, beverages, and desserts are prepared and served according to company SOPs, recipes, and quality standards
• Monitor customer service standards and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the outlet
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and stock opname while minimizing food waste and operational losses
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and overall team performance
• Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reporting
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational, inventory, maintenance, and staffing matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
• Drive sales performance by achieving outlet targets and identifying opportunities to improve revenue
