• Coordinate, analyze, and evaluate sales strategies for Fine Food & Beverage products to ensure that sales targets set by the company are achieved
• Evaluate sales and provide direction to the sales team regarding revenue achievements to ensure that the entire team meets the targets set by the company
• Organize and supervise the performance of the sales team in the field to ensure their performance is always good and in accordance with the company SOP
• Create weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for comparison with the targets provided by management
• Handle the fine food & beverage division
• Responsible for achieving team targets
• Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major
• Has experience at least 2 years experience in FMCG companies in Horeca Channel in Surabaya
• Fluent in English
• Have an active SIM A (Driving License)
• Neat appearance, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Used to working with targets
• Willing to place in Surabaya
