Coordinate, analyze, and evaluate sales strategies for Fine Food & Beverage products to ensure that sales targets set by the company are achieved.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate, analyze, and evaluate sales strategies for Fine Food & Beverage products to ensure that sales targets set by the company are achieved; Evaluate sales and provide direction to the sales team regarding revenue achievements to ensure that the entire team meets the targets set by the company; Organize and supervise the performance of the sales team in the field to ensure their performance is always good and in accordance with the company SOP; Create weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for comparison with the targets provided by management; Handle the fine food & beverage division; Responsible for achieving team targets; Job Requirements :; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major; Has experience at least 2 years experience in FMCG companies in Horeca Channel in Surabaya; Fluent in English; Have an active SIM A (Driving License); Neat appearance, friendly, and detail-oriented; Used to working with targets; Willing to place in Surabaya.
