Footwear Pattern Maker

You will work closely with an experienced footwear manufacturing team, learn directly from real production processes, and contribute to developing products that are worn by customers across Indonesia. Requirements Must be a graduate of Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta , preferably from a footwear, leather processing, or related study program. Previous experience as a Footwear Pattern Maker is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of footwear construction and manufacturing processes. Able to create or understand patterns for upper, lining, insole, outsole, and other footwear components.

Basic understanding of pattern grading for different footwear sizes. Familiar with footwear materials and product construction. Ability to use footwear CAD or pattern-making software will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and eager to learn. Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan .
