Maintenance Planner

Location: Surabaya, East Java Are you passionate about maintenance planning, asset reliability, and continuous improvement? Join Sandvik Ground Support Indonesia , a global leader in mining and infrastructure solutions, and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production equipment and facilities. As a Maintenance Planner , you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and support operational excellence. You will work closely with Maintenance, Production, QHSE, CI, and global stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance engineering, technical services, or related roles. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.

Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret technical manuals, P&ID drawings, machine drawings, and electrical schematics. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Willing to work in a rotating shift arrangement, including night shifts when required.
