Pawitra Kimia, part of the Pawitra Group, is currently looking for a Marketing Staff to join our team! Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan peluang bisnis baru, mempromosikan produk kepada calon pelanggan di berbagai industri terkait, serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Anda akan dilibatkan dalam riset pasar, penyusunan penawaran harga, serta pengelolaan pesanan pelanggan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional pemasaran secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Identify new customers and develop business opportunities; Promote products to potential customers across relevant industries; Maintain good relationships with existing customers; Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and orders; Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities; Prepare regular sales activity reports.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Interested in sales and marketing, particularly in B2B and industrial markets; Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital communication tools; Previous experience in sales, marketing, or chemical products is an advantage; Willing to travel for business trips as required; Possession of a valid SIM A and/or SIM C (Indonesian driver's license) is an advantage; Willing to be placed in Gedangan Sidoarjo, East Java.
