• Acquire new merchants for EDC and QR Sticker (QRIS) solutions in the assigned territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits. Conduct sales presentations and propose suitable payment solutions based on merchants’ business needs
• Achieve monthly and annual acquisition targets for new merchant onboarding and activation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, installation, and merchant activation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to encourage transaction growth and long-term engagement
• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling banking products and services
• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Merchant Acquisition
• Experience in acquiring merchants for EDC, QRIS, POS, acquiring business, or digital payment solutions is highly preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of digital payment ecosystems and merchant acquiring business is an advantage
• Willing to travel within the assigned area
